These Terms govern your use of the LockedOutNow website and mobile apps (collectively, the &quot Service &quot). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Service Overview & Relationships

LockedOutNow connects customers with independent, third‑party locksmiths. We do not provide locksmith services ourselves. Any work performed is under a direct agreement between you and the locksmith.

2) Quotes, Pricing & Payments
  • Up‑front quotes are estimates based on provided info.
  • Final price may change if on‑site conditions differ.
  • Taxes/fees may apply. You’ll see totals before you pay.
3) Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancel before acceptance: no charge.
  • After acceptance or arrival, fees may apply to cover locksmith time and travel.

4) User Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate location and access authority.
  • Do not misuse the Service or provide false information.
  • Follow all applicable laws and safety guidance.
5) Disclaimers & Liability
